Sour Cream Apple Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Streusel Swirl Dutch apple cake mix (Pillsbury)
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. raisins, if desired
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease and flour 10-inch tube or streusel cake pan.
    In large bowl, blend cake mix and remaining cake ingredients except raisins at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed; stir in raisins.
    Pour 2/3 of batter into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle 2/3 cup streusel mix evenly over batter in pan.
    Spread with remaining batter; top with remaining streusel mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool upright in pan on wire rack 30 minutes; remove from pan.
    Cool on wire rack, streusel side up completely before glazing.
    Blend glaze mix with 2 teaspoons water until smooth and drizzle over cake.
