Chops Madrid - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (3/4-inch thick) chops (veal, pork or lamb)
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    1 pkg. (2 1/4 oz.) spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute chops in oleo until browned.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Stir sauce and water and pour over chops.
    Let simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in onions, \"undrained\" mushrooms, olives and wine and let cook 15 minutes or longer.
