Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. salt
cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix thoroughly, butter, shortening, sugar and eggs.
Blend in flour and salt.
Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
Roll in sugar and cinnamon and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Be careful not to overcook.
