Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. whole milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. stone-ground corn meal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. corn (frozen or fresh)
    1 medium jalapeno chili pepper, finely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease bottom of a 12-inch iron skillet. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, butter and milk. Add dry ingredients. Add corn and jalapeno last. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
