Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. apple cider
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan. Stir in cider and lemon juice.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Blend in butter.
Serve over pancakes.
Top with dot of sour cream.
