Seasoned Bread Crumbs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

scraps of bread or rolls
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Put scraps of bread or rolls in a dry, warm place for 2 days. Put bread in a blender and crumb.
To each cup of crumbs, add remaining ingredients.
These are good for breading chicken, pork chops, veal or fish.
