Christopher'S Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
    vegetable shortening
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place a cast-iron popover pan or 8 custard cups on a baking sheet and set in oven to preheat.
    In medium bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
    Beat in the milk and butter.
    Fold in the flour, 2 tablespoons at a time.
    Carefully remove the hot popover pan from the oven and grease with vegetable shortening.
