Salade D'Endives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    8 Belgian endives, sliced in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. cashew nuts
Preparation
    Make a vinaigrette dressing, using oil, cider vinegar and 1/4 of a Knorr chicken bouillon cube (do not add additional salt and pepper).
    Mix together with above ingredients.
    Serves 8.
