Braciola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sirloin steak, deboned
olive oil
parsley, chopped
basil, chopped
garlic, chopped
sopressata or cooke salami
Fontina cheese or Provolone cheese
salt
pepper
16 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation

Butterfly steak.
Spread parsley and garlic over it.
Cover it with alternate strips of sopressata and cheese.
Roll and tie with string.
Saute in oil, turning to brown all around.
Pour in tomato sauce, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
If sauce is too acid, add some sugar.
Simmer until meat feels tender when pierced with fork.
