Spaghetti Squash And Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium spaghetti squash
2 to 3 medium apples
2 bananas
2 oranges or tangerines
1 can fruit cocktail in light syrup
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small box pistachio pudding mix (may use sugar-free)
1 c. milk
mini marshmallows
Preparation

Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise.
Take out seeds. Place squash face down in baking pan with small amount of water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until semi-soft.
Allow to cool in refrigerator overnight.
Scoop out pulp and put into bowl.
