Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. basil
dash of nutmeg
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. ham, chopped
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat the eggs well.
Beat in the milk, salt, pepper, basil and nutmeg.
Fold in the grated cheese and ham. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
