Parmesan Chicken(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken breast, split
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese plus additional for garnish
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix the flour and Parmesan with salt and pepper and dredge the breasts, pressing the cheese into the chicken.
    Saute the chicken and garlic in the olive oil over medium heat until browned.
    Transfer the chicken to an ovenproof casserole.
    Deglaze the skillet with the wine and pour over the chicken.
    Sprinkle the additional Parmesan over the chicken and bake for 30 minutes.
