Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. nonfat sour cream
2 c. nonfat Miracle Whip
3 green onions
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Thaw the spinach out and then squeeze juice out.
Serve.
