Vince Early'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. Conecuh smoked sausage, sliced small
    4 cans chili beans
    1 can Bush's Chili Magic (mild)
    2 cans pinto beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    2 pkg. dry chili seasoning mix
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 large red onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and sausage, drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, about 2 hours. Serve with grated cheese and crackers.
