Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 c. hot water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in wedges.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Mix beef, onions and rice together and arrange between wedges. Combine water, tomatoes and seasonings and pour over casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Yield: 8 servings.
