Beef With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Chinese fine egg noodles
    1/2 c. water
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. beef rump steak
    6 green onions
    1 piece fresh ginger root
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender, according to package instructions. Drain well.
    Place a clean towel over wire cooling racks.
    Spread noodles evenly over towel and dry about 3 hours.
