Japanese Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. linguine or medium soda noodles
    12 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    10 scallions, sliced
    2 carrots, shredded
    2 large stalks broccoli, peeled and thinly sliced
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Slice ripe tomatoes 1/4-inch thick and place on a large plate. Dice scallions and some of green part and cover tomatoes.
    Salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle oregano or basil over onions and add oil and vinegar, 3 oil to 1 vinegar, maybe several times.
    Blend well and pour over mixture, then add grated Romano cheese over top.
    Let set a little while, then serve.
