Fudgy Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
Add cocoa and heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour into small mixing bowl. Cool completely.
Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency.
Blend in vanilla.
Additional milk may be needed.
