Baked Ham Slice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2-inch) center slice ham
    3 Tbsp. sugar (brown or white)
    1 tsp. mustard
    milk
    pineapple slices (if desired)
Preparation
    Trim rind or fat from ham; place in baking dish.
    Mix mustard and sugar; spread on ham.
    Pour enough milk to come almost to the top of the slice of ham.
    Bake, uncovered, in a moderately slow oven until tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with sliced pineapple, sauteed in butter.
