Canadian Meat Pie (Tourtiere) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    3/4 lb. ground veal or beef
    1/2 c. onion chopped
    1/2 c. celery chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 to 1 tsp. allspice
    3 medium potatoes cooked and mashed
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Cook above ingredients (except potatoes) together in skillet. Drain fat.\tAdd mashed potatoes to meat mixture.
    Pour mixture in pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 till crust browns (approximately 30 to 45 minutes).
