Ingredients

6 c. 2% or 1/2% low-fat milk (not skim)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. regular raw rice
cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes or until thickened.
Pour into dessert cups and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
