Baked Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed carrots (8 to 10 carrots)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes more.
