Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork roast
    2 lg. onions cut in half
    1/4 c. water
    3 potatoes cut in half
    1 t. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 t. oregano
    1/2 t. cumin
Preparation
    Put in pan fat side up.
    Mix together spices and sprinkle over roast.
    Place onion around roast.
    Add water.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours.
    Add potatoes last 45 mins. Uncover and brown last 15 mins
