Country Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    5 c. milk
    4 c. whipping cream
    4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add sugar to beaten eggs; beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Freeze as directed in gallon freezer.
