Hamburger Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger or venison
    5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    5 tsp. table salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Mix like bread dough.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Shape into 4 or 5 rolls.
    Bake for 4 hours and turn over and bake 4 more hours at 150\u00b0 to 200\u00b0 on middle rack.
