Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 leg quarters
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Mix salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Dip leg quarters, one piece at a
    time,
    into
    butter,
    turning
    to coat.
    Roll into breadcrumb mixture until coated.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes or until brown and crisp.
    Serves 4.
