Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 soup cans water
    1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)
    4 to 6 pork chops, browned
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown rice in butter.
    Mix in soup, water and mushrooms. Place browned pork chops on top of rice mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle with soup mix.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0; makes 4 to 6 servings.
