Ingredients

1 beef flank steak (2 lb.)
3 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place steak in an 11 x 2-inch glass dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
