Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots (about a 2 lb. bag)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add carrots; mix well.
    Add baking soda, flour and cinnamon; blend well. Grease one 9 x 12-inch pan or two 9-inch baking pans.
    Add mix. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until fully cooked.
