Low-Fat Artichoke Parmesan Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Gently fold in artichokes.
    Spoon into a 1-quart casserole coated with vegetable cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with assorted raw vegetables or low-fat crackers.
    Yields 3 1/4 cups.
