Orange Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    juice and rind of 1 orange, grate rind
    1/2 c. light cream or evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Boil together to soft ball (cook until you can pick up the drop).
    Add small lump of butter (about a teaspoon).
    Add 3 cups pecan halves and stir until well covered and the coating starts to look creamy.
    Spread out on waxed paper.
