Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 to 2 zucchini
    1 to 2 tomatoes
    1 onion
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish with olive oil. Slice tomatoes and place on bottom of casserole. Slice zucchini and layer on top of the tomatoes. Slice onion and cover zucchini.
    Sprinkle a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan and repeat layering process. Cover second tier with tomatoes and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
