Party Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    3/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    8 1/2 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    2/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions and drain.
    Saute mushrooms in 1/4 cup of the butter.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and 2/3 cup of the Parmesan; stir in spinach, mushrooms and artichokes.
