Spanish Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped mango pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; pour into buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
