Double Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese
    4 cans cream of potato soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 onion, minced
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
