Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain salmon and flake.
    Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt and stir well.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Shape into log and roll in nuts.
    Chill several hours.
