Zucchini-Mushroom Cheese Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. liquid Butter Buds
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/4 tsp. lite salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 c. nonfat Alpine Lace Mozzarella cheese, grated or 8 oz. Kraft free cheese slices, chopped
    2 Egg Beaters
Preparation
    Brown mushrooms in liquid Butter Buds in a nonstick pan.
    Stir in all the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and stir into mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
