Applesauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cooking apples (tart)
sugar/honey
cinnamon
Preparation

Quarter apples and put in large pan (size depends on amount of apples). Fill about halfway with water.
Put on stove and bring to boil.
Cover and simmer until apples are soft.
Remove from heat and cool enough to handle.
Put through food strainer.
Add sugar or honey to taste.
Add cinnamon to taste.
Freezes well.
