Copenhagen Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 (1 lb.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain off fat.
    Blend in tomato sauce and salt.
    Put 2 cups cabbage in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 meat sauce.
    Add remaining cabbage and pour sauce over top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 to 60 minutes.
