Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
5 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix flour, salt and shortening until shortening is well crumbled.
Mix beaten egg, water and vinegar together.
Add to flour mixture.
This can be rolled out and used now or kept in the freezer and used as needed.
