Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pork
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
dash of pepper
m.s.g.
2 c. cabbage
2 c. celery
1 c. bean sprouts
1 Tbsp. garlic, crushed
2 slices ginger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sesame or peanut oil
Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients.
Heat pan.
Add 2 tablespoons oil and ginger.
Add pork mixture and stir-fry. Again heat 2 tablespoons oil and ginger.
Add salt and celery and stir-fry.
Add cabbage and stir-fry.
Put in colander and cover with a weight and let drain.
Wrap rolls and deep-fry.
