Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts, boned
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Put chicken in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put sauerkraut over each chicken breast.
    Top each with a slice of cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours covered with foil.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve with Thousand Island dressing on the side. Serves 4 to 6.
