Chicken Marengo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown chicken in hot oil.
    Add garlic, onion, tomatoes and wine.
    Cover and simmer over low heat, about 30 minutes until thickest pieces are tender.
