Sasquatch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ears corn
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 medium zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Cut corn from cobs.
    Melt oleo in skillet over medium heat and saute onion.
    Add corn, then zucchini.
    Cook, covered, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 3 to 4.
