Crawfish Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. crawfish tails
    1 onion, chopped
    4 to 5 potatoes, diced
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 pkg. Pioneer chicken gravy mix
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Saute onion in a little butter.
    Prepare gravy mix according to package.
    Mix crawfish, potatoes, vegetables and onions together with gravy.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cover top with second pie crust.
    Cut a few slits in top of crust.
    Flute edges.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let sit for 5 minutes.
