Texas Pie(Because It'S Bigger And Better) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick Parkay, melted
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put into 10-inch unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Easy and delicious!
