Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1 qt. hulled strawberries
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. granulated sugar
Preparation

With a fork or pastry blender, crush half of strawberries. Stir in cornstarch and sugar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, until clear and thickened.
Cool.
Slice rest of strawberries into halves and fold into cooled mixture.
Turn into baked crust. Refrigerate until well chilled.
Serve with whipped topping.
