Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. onion chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 sleeve crackers, crumbled
    1 stick butter, sliced
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients well, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
    Bake in oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes, top with crackers and butter and return to oven for another 20 minutes (until golden brown and bubbly).
