White Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
1 large can evaporated milk
3 well-beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
6 slices white bread, toasted and cubed into 1-inch cubes
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 to 1 c. pecans
Preparation

Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish; line bottom with toasted bread cubes.
Sprinkle raisins and pecans over bread cubes.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; add milk, eggs, hot water and vanilla. Pour over bread mixture in baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, or until brown.
