Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 bananas, cut in chunks
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Do not use mixer.
    Sift flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Leave a little flour to pour over the nuts.
    Mix all ingredients with spoon.
    Pour into tube pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Let stand until cool.
